I was very satisfied with the explanation of how to setup my machine and was very pleased with the services that I was provided. The technician was very informative and helpful in explaining helpful instructions.
Very professional with very thorough instructions
Worse company I've ever dealt with.. They do not return calls, been waiting 5 days for an urgent marked callback.Waited over 2 months for a callback and was finally able to talk to someone when I called them 2 months later..but faulty test strips. Been on hold an hour and still waiting to talk to someone in order to cancel the services now....yesterday was a 74 minute wait time...no time given today. I am done with this company!!
