Have been attempting to get Bipap mask changed for months now. Helpline has said they left Dr. a note at least a dozen times at this point. Mask is giving me a bad rash which has forced me to stop using my machine for the sake of my sanity at this point. Avoid this supplier like your life depends on it if you have the option to, they're obviously just milking cash from the government until they get found out.
The young ladies in the front office were very pleasant. Dr. Robin was very informative and showed a wealth of knowledge about the various supplies. James the delivery guy was very nice and informative about the equipment received.

LinCare provides excellent customer service with a smile. Detailed instructions are given on all delivered equipment. High clientele will sometimes delay equipment delivery but it is always delivered within a reasonable amount of time. I highly recommend LinCare if you are seeking excellent customer service.
