My Lincare team is so supportive of my needs. I was recently put on a CPAP and my respiratory therapist Danielle is amazing. She fitted me to make sure I have the right fit. Everyone is very friendly and supportive. It feels like family and they treat you like family. They have excellent customer service too.
Lincare has extremely poor customer service. I do not recommend them whatsoever. I have done business with them twice, and both times, there were serious issues. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! My insurance company stated they have numerous complaints with Lincare. It's easier to talk with a brick wall than it is talking with Lincare. The manager refuses to return phone calls. When management is bad, so is the company. You will regret doing business here.
