this company is of two parts first Lancaster store was always very helpful ,but the office in Sharon was rude , not willing to help,just wanted to get payment according to the computer now there is a refund do they dont want to help again the word is pending . oh ys they did send me another bill instead of the refund ...no good review for you..
When you walk into their place of business you are greeted with the most UNFRIENDLIEST people you've ever met. (except the DMV) Instead of asking how may I help you...it's what do you want. It feels like you've bothered them by trying to get the necessary equipment your doctor is prescribing.
Great Service! The girls help me understand Medicare's new guidelines and was very helpful with faxing request to my doctors office.

Terrible customer service, poor communication from their representatives, and no follow through on referrals. I've had to repeatedly call to get any information on the prescription for my mother, only to find out they shredded it after 30 days (per their policy) without notifying me or calling my mother's doctor. Now we are stuck trying to figure out what to do and the only explanation we received was "we will fax our request again..." It's been almost 2 months! Vincennes office Very Good Corperate in Florida sucks!!!
Absolutely the worse company of this type that I have ever dealt with. Extremely unorganized. Just a group of young people running around having not a clue as to what they are doing. I hate giving bad reviews but this one is necessary.
If they are not covered by your insurance, they won't let you know.
