I would suggest if you going to put advertising on your vehicle's driving out in public that you tell the people driving those vehicles to drive courteously. I have one impression of your company currently, and it's based on that of somebody driving your company vehicle, and it is not good. If I need any medical equipment, Your company is now my last choice. And actually I will be buying a mobility scooter for my elderly mother within the next couple weeks, I can guarantee it won't be from you guys, if you carry those.
Worse place to deal with ever. To get to talk to a human takes forever. To get your supplies takes weeks. They don’t call you back. I wish I had another option. Stay as far away from this company as you can. And the one phone in the office? Nothing more aggravating than listening to a busy signal for and hour. I will be looking elsewhere, and hopefully can find that place. This place sucks!! I won’t even give it one star, but the review makes me.
The Lincare which is local to me in Green Bay, Wisconsin, is great. They are very helpful and friendly and respond in a fairly short period of time. The corporate headquarters, however, take the calls for the local business out of Florida.. They use an answering service which is hard to communicate with as to your needs. Obviously local branches are understaffed. Products are of quality when they arrive.
