I have been waiting to receive my cpap machine for over a year
Very nice people they know who Iam everytime I call I love that and they make sure them selfs they call to make sure u have enough supply’s I love that about them
Very disappointed that I started to get monthly bills after I was told the insurance would be purchasing it. I feel like I was deceived. I was on hold and then got a representative who dropped my call. Terrible customer service!
I would suggest if you going to put advertising on your vehicle's driving out in public that you tell the people driving those vehicles to drive courteously. I have one impression of your company currently, and it's based on that of somebody driving your company vehicle, and it is not good. If I need any medical equipment, Your company is now my last choice. And actually I will be buying a mobility scooter for my elderly mother within the next couple weeks, I can guarantee it won't be from you guys, if you carry those.
