The Holly Hill location has horrible customer service. Waited over a month for them to process my order for CPAP. After calling twice a week for 4 weeks I was told my account is still being setup and to stop calling. This business does not care about its customers or their health!
If you like long wait times on hold just to order more tanks, you'll like this company. A few years ago they were a good company to deal with, now not so much. What happened?
Horrible customer service. Heard they are having to rebuild staff, but frankly, bad customer service for last two years. Cannot even call them to make payment and their website and phone machines don't receive payment well at all. They promised to mail back the SD card they asked us to send from machine, but have not done so in several months. St. Augustine office was not very helpful when we reached out for ANYone to help our parent. Feel very sorry for the elderly trying to cope with customer service !
Negative Zero stars for Lincar. Obviously, not part of the Better Business Bureau. Talk to your doctor as soon as you can and please find somewhere else to go. I’ve literally wasted hours and hours of my life that I will never get back. I tried and tried and called and called and spoke to Dave and multiple other people to get my CPAP machine I desperately need. Never sent me one, even though they said they did.
