The best former company would contact me once every 4 months to say I was eligible for 3 months worth of supplies then send the wrong size and insist I had to pay to get the correct size Lincare sends me a text with a link to go online for what I am eligible for and in CORRECT size Wish I could add another five stars my friend that doesn’t use electronics anymore than she absolutely has to called them yesterday and let them know there was a hole in her hose. Lincare is the best. Always ready to supply new product when you run out or newly needed accessories. Order by phone or online. Their workers are both polite and efficient. If you have a mechanical problem, they send a technician out ASAP. They are the best option for oxygen at home.
