Tried to order supplies for my sleep apnea. After 3 week wait, received 3 of 5 items incorrect. Also received an envelope for papers to be signed plus a post-it note saying I owe $188 for supplies, before submitting to insurance. Didn't itemize the cost per item, just an unreadable scribbled sheet with a note. Person on other end, Steve was rude, not helpful. Would not use this company again.
this company is of two parts first Lancaster store was always very helpful ,but the office in Sharon was rude , not willing to help,just wanted to get payment according to the computer now there is a refund do they dont want to help again the word is pending . oh ys they did send me another bill instead of the refund ...no good review for you..
