We’ve just had Linbuilt project manage the replacement of our roof. The process has been marred by absolute abysmal incompetence on the part of Linbuilt and as a result has been extremely frustrating! With two variations, some asbestos removal and some substructure rectifications, speedily carried out by other contractors, what should have been a simple roof replacement has taken 6 months. Linbuilt sub contracted a cheap roofing company resulting in inferior workmanship as identified by external engineering consultants.
As a structural engineer working in the insurance and building repair industry, I rely on Linbuilt for jobs that take a bit more thought, professionalism and responsvieness than normal. They probably wish they could work on some easier jobs with me but who doesn't love a challenge!
