I had the pleasure of working with Lina and she's been spectacular! She's been incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable during my appointments. What I really appreciated was her warmth and openness—she’s very trans-friendly, which really stood out to me. She took the time to answer all of my questions and offered solid aftercare advice.
