I had a disappointing experience at this alteration shop. From the moment I walked in, there was a strong odor (similar to cat urine), which made the environment uncomfortable. During my fitting, the garment wasn't pinned correctly and still felt loose, which raised concerns about the final outcome. I also felt the pricing was quite high for the level of service provided. Wonderful service!! I took a jacket in which both zippered pockets had become completely detached. It was going to be a difficult repair. I mean the pockets were totally separated from the jacket itself. And the material was thick, requiring a special sewing machine. On top of that, I needed the jacket by the very next day! Ms. Luna had it ready by 1pm the next day, and the stitching was so professionally done. The jacket looked like new! My husband was so impressed by her service that he gave her a $40 tip!
