This review is purely aimed at the accounts department of Linacre from a Department Of Veterans Affairs client who was incorrectly billed and mistreated by this department and their ignorance. D-
I had a wonderful experience at Linacre during my overnight stay after surgery. The nurses and all staff were professional, caring, and a pleasure to deal with. Everyone made me feel comfortable, well looked after, and supported throughout the process. I’m very grateful for the excellent care I received and would highly recommend Linacre Private Hospital.
My child had surgery here last December and there was a student nurse assigned to child's room who did not speak or understand a word of English. How are they allowed to enter the healthcare system? A young nurse with very poor communication skills told her to take out my child's catheter. The visa entry nurse declined. The young stereotypical generation z nurse needs to read and understand the Australian Charter of Healthcare Rights. I cannot praise this hospital and the team enough, whether doctors, nurses or support staff they have all been incredible. I felt safe, looked after and totally secure in their hands, taking the usual hospital woes and worries away. Keep up the good work
