Dr. Lina Ching is a fantastic rheumatologist! She is very knowledgeable, compassionate and kind. She pays attention to every detail to make sure we understand everything in the follow up appointments and responds quickly when needed or when something has changed. I feel so happy to have Dr Lina as my rheumatologist! Also, Miss Maria at front desk is always very kind, helpful and polite. Thank you so much for being such a great team in all you do! I highly recommend Dr Lina Ching.

I am not happy with this clinic. Dr. Ching is just okay, but Maria, the front desk attendant, is terrible. She never receives patient calls and doesn’t return them. I sent voice messages several times about medical records to send another doctor which is urgent issues, but still never received a return call. Whenever I ask about treatment, medicine, or scheduling, she always asks me to ask someone else, without solving the problem. She has no professional attitude at all.
