If I could give 0 stars for this doctor I would. I would steer clear from Dr. Kleyn. This particular doctor has taken it upon herself to write incorrect diagnoses for me and lie to my insurance. She isn't well versed in understanding the differences between various types of anemia. She also doesn't spend much time trying to communicate verbally with her patients about abnormal test results. 5 stars! I cant say enough great things about this doctor. She is incredibly kind, patient and truly takes the time to listen. What stood out the most was how clearly she explained a condition I have been struggling with for months and how to best move forward with treatment. Her bedside manner is exceptional and I truly recommend her to anyone looking for informative and compassionate care.
