Best doctor ever! Very caring, compassionate, trustworthy, and understanding
She is the absolute worst PCP that I have ever had and I have worked in the medical field for over 13yrs now. My visit was to address my chronic headaches/migraines that are interfering with my daily life. She either constantly interrupted me when trying to explain my symptoms and how I've been trying to treat them or she talked so much that I couldn't get a word in. Had my first appointment with Lina and loved her. She seems to really care about me. I received the shingles vaccine and have been sick for two days…hope this helps. I will keep posting reviews as time passes. God bless you all! Update: Dr Jacques is the best Dr I’ve ever had. Super informative and knowledgeable. I learn so much each visit. She is so compassionate and that’s a such a blessing. She has helped me so much and I will be forever grateful. ❤️🙏
I have to be on B12 every month for the rest of my life due to a surgery. Dr. Jacques, WITHOUT notifying me, just up and CXLD my B12 prescription so the pharmacy doesn’t have it. I contacted my surgeon for a refill AGAIN (even though they just gave me a YEAR long refill a couple months ago). I do not trust Dr. Jacques, her opinions, or her practice.
