I have finally changed Dr. Dr Lin is not available any longer he only does phone appts it is terrible care. Also receptionist there are terrible and rude especially Liberty.the other Dr there Dr Lai when Dr Lin was off Dr Lai wouldn’t even see you this is a terrible Dr office and receptionist’s are rude stay away stay away I’m so glad I’ve moved on from this Dr and Dr office.

I’m writing to express my disappointment with my recent phone call today at Dr. Lin’s office, and I regret to say that this marks the second time I’ve encountered issues with the behavior of the same front desk staff member named Liberty. I experienced the same rude and unprofessional conduct as during my previous call. This behavior has left me feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. I tried calling several times with no response. The doctor is great. I have no complaints about him but the secretary is awful and incredibly RUDE She continuously cut me off while speaking and would not answer my questions. Incredibly disappointed
