Visit was horrible. Didn't listen to anything I had to say. Will never go back to her. Very, very rude and incompetent!
DR'S LIN FRONT DESK STAFF IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL THEY DO NOT WANT TO ANSWER PHONE CALLS OR GET AUTH FOR PATIENT. I CALLED THEM 20X THEY NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE. THEY DON'T FOLLOW UP WITH INSURANCE FOR AUTH. I HAD TO DO EVERYTHING MYSELF TO GET A APPROVAL THRU THE INSURANCE COMPANY. DR LIN IS A GREAT DOCTOR BUT THE FRONT DESK STAFF SUCKS. THEY ALL SHOULD BE REPLACE THEY ARE MAKING DR LIN OFFICE LOOK BAD.
