NEVER GOING BACK or recommending this place. If you ever read reviews and have doubts on the facility - trust your gut. I know I should have. I bought my package off Groupon as a surprise for my boyfriend. The man (possible owner) answered the phone 3 times while giving me a "massage". He walked out of the room on 5 different occasions to make appointments for those calls and greet other customers as they came in. Great massage! They had very friendly people working and had a good mix of non-traditional relaxing music. The massage was perfect! I will definitely be going back!
Worst massage experience of my life! When I arrived, was immediately taken to a room for my scheduled massage. The facilities were just okay. The environment/atmosphere is not relaxing, you can here the pop music from the neighboring facility over their relaxing spa music. In addition, they appear to not have enough staff as the same person who checked me in gave me my massage. SCAM!!!!!! Went in with my Groupon and they would not honor it but instead wanted to give me a "discount" if I paid them cash that day (which was actually more than what I paid on Groupon) and told me to refund my Groupon so I could pay cash. They just want your money people!! They were very rude, not a great way to start a relaxing massage. I ended up leaving because they would not accept my Groupon if I did not pay them cash. NO customer service at this place.
Get the Groupon! Deal of the century. I read some of the reviews before coming in with my boyfriend and was worried we'd have a negative experience but in all honesty I think the women leaving negative reviews are expecting a spa and not what it is, which is a no frills massage. My boyfriend said "I wish I could pay $28 and feel this great after every massage" and I totally agree.
