Went in for an allegy test. Poor customer service. One of the receptionists was not in a good mood. No "Hi" or "Hello". Seemed like they did not want to serve you. Dr. Lin acted so rude and spoke harshly. Will never ever comeback.
EXCELLENT doctor. I have been seeing Dr. Lin for about a year for my 3y/o’s allergies and doing OIT. I might be a bit biased because I have a little crush on him, but he is absolutely the best doctor she’s seen. He’s very knowledgeable, explains things clearly, and has an excellent bedside manner. Punctual, appointments are always on time, and he’s caring and calm. He remembers details from one appointment to the next, and really goes above and beyond. I always look forward to Thursdays
Dr. Lin moved from the baker clinic without warning and wants a new referral from my family doctor before i can even see him. Even tho I'm currently being prescribed allergy shots from him. This is causing a gap in my allergy shot treatments and basically makes the last 4 years of allergy shots a huge waste of time and money. Shame on you.

It appears that booking three months in advance is necessary, possibly due to Dr. Lin's limited availability or a lack of a consistent location. I believe that securing a timely appointment is crucial for effective healthcare management. Just got rebooked because of missed appointment. They called me 2 months ahead and said that they will send me email and a reminder call. Until I remembered that I know we have an allergy testing for my son this October but because no call I had no clue what date. So I had to google and called the clinic, and the rude receptionist told me why I didn't call before hand. Told her I was told I will get an email but didn't.
