I can understand if the people that work front desk are going through a tough time in their personal lives. However, their condescension and apathy make it no place I’d feel safe/comfortable returning to. Baseline regard/respect is genuinely such bare minimum. I’m surprised they seem unable to grasp this. It’s been over a decade since I’ve returned only to receive a disgustingly rude call from this office today. Hopefully these people develop the mental capacity to value emotional aptitude. I’m leaving a review one star
Rude and condescending front desk. Doctors are excellent though. Maybe the doctors should hire better staff. The worst experience with reception. They constantly talk down to you. Not just one but all of them. Every time I go there in person.
So ancient you cant even email them. Also so hard to find in google maps it doesnt match name of the place. The receptionists are terrible - this hasnt changed after several months of continuous problems. For example: When the doctor herself told me she was accepting new patients i went to the front - i saw they even had a paper put up saying to ask them for new patient intake form so i did. They told me to call tomorrow . I said ok. I had my husband call the next day and they made him wait over 20 minutes - told him to call... read more
Dr. John Lin and Dr. Catherine Hui are excellent doctors who are both patient and knowledgeable. However, I have encountered some challenges with the receptionists. Their demeanor has been consistently rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. It feels as though I am being treated as if I owe them money. I hope the doctors can dismiss those receptionists and replace them with someone who is friendly and well-educated.
Dr. John Lin has been my family doctor for almost three decades. He has been attentive to my medical conditions and supportive in preventative care. Though the clinic is busy, my general feeling is that the staff has been able to maintain their professionalism to work with patients efficiently.
