Staff and doctor very helpful. Dr. Lin explained in detail plan of care and patiently answered all questions that I had.
My complaint is not with Dr. Kin who seemed to be a very adept physician. My complaint is with his billing department. Tracy in billing is abrasive and rude. She, according to BCBS, was overpaid for a claim on my spouse and now refuses to admit that it is her office in error. She also has called and threatened me and was abusive to the BCBS claims rep that I had contact her to settle this dispute. BEWARE of this person. Excellent. I had a triple bypass in December 2019. He made me feel at ease. I highly recommend Dr. Lin !

He was very knowledgeable, patient, kind and listened to me.
Dr. Lin performed a triple bypass in December of 2014. He is such a kind person, he makes you feel like he's your best friend. He has a wonderful disposition and bedside manner. I thank God for him every day. I went in for a cath and came out with heart surgery. Thankful it is all over. I am sure I'll be seeing him again eventually. Great surgeon. I recommended him to a friend who had the same surgery 7 months later. Shelley
