She lied on her post procedure report about how the procedure went, and neither she nor her office had discussed what to do after the procedure and why or when to contact them if I had problems. I did have problems and did contact her office and they said she would call me back. It has currently 24 hours since I made that call, and I have not heard back from her or her office.
