If zero stars were an option, that would be more reflective of my experience. I called to schedule an initial appointment and was told I had to come into the office in person to pick up new patient paperwork. I explained that I work full-time in healthcare and asked if the paperwork could be emailed due to the office's limited hours. The staff member I spoke with was unhelpful and dismissive, offering no alternative or flexibility. Despite speaking respectfully and calmly, I was abruptly hung up on mid-sentence.
