The food was good. I ordered spinach, beef, and porridge mixed with beans. I really loved the porridge and the spinach — both were excellent. The beef was just okay, but I understand the kitchen was probably about to close. Service was good and friendly, and the atmosphere feels safe. As an Alaska businessman, I think the place could use some remodeling, but overall it was a solid experience and I’d come back for the food.
