Our driver was Nathan, he was nice. Very good pricing, was a little late (2-3 mins), photos are super important to create memories so being able to take good ones is a priority. We had a 1 hour cruise around Surfer’s. The inside is very cool, lights change colour and you can play your own music quite loud! We got a bottle of champagne, and we had a great time all in all! It was an amazing experience and despite the minor things I would definitely book again.
Booked a limo for my sisters Hen’s party on the weekend. The driver called up and cancelled 10minutes before it was supposed to arrive saying he had a flat tire. I understand shit happens but he was pretty unapologetic and didn’t even attempt to find us another option.. I asked if he could change the tire and arrive a bit later but said no…. We used Limousines in Paradise for our wedding transport from our hotel to the ceremony. They were running only slightly late due to unforeseen traffic issues but called me straight away to let me know, it wasn't really an issue though because I planned for some traffic and booked a bit earlier than needed. My only negative would be that either the Bluetooth connection for our phone to play songs wasn't working or we couldn't quite figure out how to work it (very possible), but it didn't end up mattering as we had to make so... read more
Fantastic! I could not be happier with the service provided. From the very beginning when I requested a quote to the day of our wedding, everything was just perfect. I cannot fault at all. I was very worried that the limo would not be able to navigate properly down a steep driveway to reach the chapel where we were our ceremony was being held.
