Had a very bad first experience with this company. the limo driver, however, was awesome. i forget her name, i think it was Michelle (but she was very helpful, apologetic and kind), but i could be wrong; bad with names. Anyway. Their limo broke down on our group in the middle of our event, so we were stranded. had to wait 45 minutes+ for a new limo. The heater in the limo didn't even work and it was cold out.
