We had a good experience with kismet, they have good customer service and Our Driver Gibbs was exceptional.
Great airport pick-up! They kept track of our flight (arrived a bit early) and the driver was readily waiting for us. The driver was polite, and contacted us where to meet and the car number. It all went smoothly. Will definitely get them again
I am absolutely thrilled with the way Kismet took care of my family during their visit to New Jersey. From the smooth pick-up at JFK Airport to their hotel, to the courteous customer service staff and punctual drivers, everyone was incredibly pleasant and professional.
