5 stars. My party of 9 needed short-notice transport from Buffalo to Toronto due to cancelled flights (Thanks, Air Canada). Buffalo Limousine was able to book within 1 day a van that could take us back home. The booking was done professionally and the driver was where they said he would be and very prompt, polite and helpful. Was a great ride back home after days of trying to get back due to the Air Canada strike and Buffalo Limousine was a life saver during an extremely stressful time for my family. My family and I would like to thank Buffalo Limousine for all the service they provided for our rides to Notting Hill Farm on Saturday, July 26... Each person I spoke to on the phone making the arrangements have answered so many questions and concerns all along the way and have been greatly helpful and accommodating. Especially Beverly who I called the night before and needed a change of pick-up times… She was calm and reassuring she could make the changes happen...
