Ordered a van limo for airport transport for our group, they never showed. All reservation emails were accurate, indicated fine & confirmed, etc. I called and left messages on their answering machines since no human answered. I was never called or contacted regarding their delay. We waited 30 minutes after scheduled pickup and then scrambled to get multiple rideshares. Embarrassing.
Cannot recommend this service enough- they drove me one-way to a small town in Northern Indiana from O'Hare. Extremely reasonable rates, prompt communication, and on-time pickup. Great option for anyone who needs a ride to South Bend, Notre Dame, or the lake.
