Didn't go well. Stressful when you make plans and the car is quite late to pick you up. Further, on pickup after the event, the driver couldn't give us a pickup point. We walked in circles around several blocks calling repeatedly, with my elderly father who has two canes. Owner is kind and responsive and offered a future discount, but it isn't worth much at this point?
