They are scammers stay away I bought a 14K ring that turned out to be 10k
I don’t know what happened but I ordered a ring and diamonds were missing. I paid to send it back to be fixed and when I received it more diamonds began falling out. Had to get my money back through PayPal and send the item back. Super disappointed. When I took it to my local jeweler they explained the diamonds were not VS as described but SI.
