I booked limo for my son on 29 May. It was really great service. Perfect time and nice hospitality. Cost is also economical.
Worst customer service on the planet. If I could give zero stars I would. During the trial period they will be very attentive while making excuses for why their Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) continuously fail to follow simple instructions defined by a one page flow chart. After you pay $300 to "setup your account" and hundreds more for your first month's minutes, they will ignore every request you make either via email or over the phone while their CSRs make error after error (average of 2 critical errors per call)... read more
