The left bouquet is what I ordered but the receiver received the bouquet on the right. Majority of the colours were missing. I called the florist the day after delivery and was told that she did not have the flowers to do the requested arrangement. She should have mentioned that when I placed the order. The arrangement was for a person who just came out of the hospital and we wanted something colourful not dull. We paid for a premium arrangement.
