Driver did not follow the pre arranged pick up from the hotel.The driver was not prepared to take 3 passengers to the airport with 3 cases as his car boot was half full with his own personal belongings. The driver then left us on the street. I then had a angry call from the office telling me off that I need to upgrade to SUV if I want to go to the airport but then he agreed to despatched another car with empty boot but told me that 3 of us have to sit at the back(not sure why).
