Reliable and comfortable ride, no issues with the ride! I did think all the texting while we were getting off the plane and waiting for luggage was excessive! I set pickup for 0900 knowing my flight landed at 0805, giving time for using the restroom, grabbing luggage etc. the constant texting to see where we were was not necessary. I appreciate your timeliness, but you have to consider how huge JFK is also and it takes time to deplane etc!
We tried this company twice on our trip to NY. The first was the airport pickup. We asked for a rear-facing car seat, confirmed multiple times, and they still showed up with a front facing seat. The car seat was also dirty and full of crumbs, I had to wipe it down. The car had half empty water bottles and was generally not in good shape. $200 ride. They left us stranded with a toddler, the driver stopped responding in an hourly service and only came back to me 20+ mins later - do not trust this company as they are dishonest and unreliable. They do not follow car seat instructions either. Please take your business elsewhere and be careful with this company.
