Booked them for travel to and from Newark airport. They were on time for both trips and the SUV was big and comfortable. The day of, both Limostar and the driver will text you and keep you updated on their location. Newark airport does not have any location to meet up with the driver, so that can make it a bit more challenging, but great service. Would use them again.
