Richard was incredibly nice and patient with us. They gave us a free upgrade, which we were not expecting but very appreciative for as we were leaving our wedding and I was in a dress. I would highly recommend this company- they were on time, professional and had a clean vehicle with waters ready for us as well.
The driver was excellent. Very professional and polite. He came on time for pickup and was a safe driver.
