I would leave 0 stars if I could. I’ve never posted a negative review before, but this place is a scam. I booked a Christmas lights tour for Christmas Day, and it was cancelled an hour AFTER the limo should have shown up. We got a “comped” ride for a couple of days later, and it was fine. Late! Not the bus I paid for (sent a completely disgusting, rundown bus), immediately RAMS a curb throwing everyone on the floor of the bus, sent us walking home - shadiest experience of my life. Not returning my calls. ZERO STARS!!!!!! DO NOT USE!!!!!!!! Update : 4 days later - still no call back to check on my guests or my FULL refund!

I used this car service for my daughters wedding. They are awesome! The car is clean and the Driver is friendly. I appreciate the communications. The car was on time. These car services are reliable. You can count on them to do a great job! I would definitely use them again!

Juan made the booking process smooth and was happy to answer all of my questions. Our driver Derrick was very professional, called us before arriving and was very attentive with our group. He even helped us take photos of our group to help us remember such a fun night!
