Owner banned me from the business for "not knowing what's going on". This was a very minor rim swap request that I was apparently ignorant about. This guy needs to streamline his intake process so issues don't occur, as well as learn some customer service skills. As it stands he will get upset and storm off when things don't go his way.
I have always had great experience with this shop, Brought my BMW to them and they were really accommodating and got me in with last minute appointment. Shane explained everything really well before going ahead with any work and their price was really good as compared to what I was quoted at the dealership. Great Job guys.
