Horrible experience! My countertops felt rough & gritty after Bill & Brandon installed them. Bill confirmed they were rough. He said he would do right by me & fix the countertops. He & Brandon returned a couple days later & proceeded to sand the countertops. When they finished, the countertops were scratched & dull. Apparently they used the wrong grade sandpaper because he called his distributor & was told there was a certain process that he needed to follow & specific sanding pads that he didn’t have. Bill and Robert are very hard and very knowledgeable workers. Bill was so kind to address any of my question's on the weekend snd evenings before I decided to go with him! Robert is very smart and will do anything asked of him no matter how hard he will figure it out. They are a great team to have for any project. They demoed my kitchen and transformed it into something very special for me! Cabinets backsplash faucets electrical outlets and lighting! I would recommend them in a heartbeat!! Pictures to come
