Great customer service, been using them for years. We were concerned with ownership change but are very pleased with the new owners. Highly recommend!
Since Daniel sold the company I would NOT recommend this pool company to my least favorite person. Worst pool opening expierence EVER. SO took the day off the be home and available in case anything came up. The guy that opened it would barely speak to him. Checked on him several times and asked if he needed anything everytime the answer was no. Asked how they were processing payments and if he had the chlorine tablets. June 2019: Adding an update to this review. We have used Limitless for 3 seasons now and have had a great experience. We recently went out of town (something our pool technician was aware of) and when no one showed up on our regular service day, we called to find out why. They assured us that it was an error and someone would be there the next day. No one showed up the next day either, so I called back. I had limitless close my pool last winter. I was impressed with their service and, as a result, had limitless drain my pool and install new equipment this spring. I did not realize the company had changed ownership during that time. After the new equipment had been installed and after my pool had been drained, I was informed my pool would need to be power washed before the pool could be refilled and the equipment tested.
