We are in independently-owned physical therapy and injury prevention practice in Rochester, Michigan that helps people get out of pain fast and get back to being active again. We believe that movement is medicine, and that getting back to moving again (in whatever way you enjoy!) is the best solution for reducing pain. At Limitless, you will always work 1-on-1 with a Doctor of Physical Therapy to ensure that your goals are met fast in order to get you back to your family, work, and other priorities!

Seth was very professional and understanding to my condition. He showed me what I needed to do in order to fix my back issues. He also helped put together a training program so I can take what he taught me and prevent further issues.
