A combination of CrossFit, pickleball, and entering my mid-40s has led to semi-regular ankle, knee, shoulder, and back issues. Dr. Seth has been awesome with not only helping recovery, but coaching to avoid future issues. He tailors all treatment to the individual and has a ton of equipment and tools to help along the way. If your body hurts, look no further! I have seen Seth and his team for multiple different ailments and injuries - the treatment is specific, multi-faceted, and personal…and it works every time. The staff and therapist are friendly and welcoming, and their facility is very clean and fun to work in. Limitless is IT!

I started going to Limitless 13 weeks post op with a full shoulder replacement at 39 years old. I felt stuck and that I wasn’t progressing or I wasn’t where I should be at that point in recovery. I met with Matt for the first time and he even agreed that I was at least 4-6 weeks behind. I was so angry.
