I joined LPG about 6 months and it's been great! Every workout is challenging and no two workouts are the same. Everyone is very nice and welcoming, too!
Great gym and great trainers! Workouts are challenging, the trainers are wonderful and are happy to make any modifications as needed. Gym is also always very clean!

Best gym in Birmingham! Small group training or 1/1 sessions either the best trainers. Great atmosphere and challenging yet enjoyable workouts. 10/10 recommend checking them out!
