I had sudden back pain after lifting something heavy and was referred to Gene. He helped me a lot! He carefully checked my posture and movement, explained everything clearly, and showed me exercises I can practice at home. His passion for what he does and his warm, professional attitude left a great impression. I felt so much better after just one session. I highly recommend coming here if you’re dealing with any pain or discomfort—Gene truly knows what he’s doing!
Been working out with Limitless Strength for two years and the training has helped get me past previous injuries, especially a tricky back. The program is well thought out, injury preventing, and my strength has really increased. I’m a skier and the last two years my skiing conditioning was much better than when I was training for a marathon. Dr. Gene’s program is specific to my needs and he changes it up every few months so it’s never boring. He also tailors the program to my work schedule which helps too!
I have been working out with Dr Gene for 5 years and he has drastically improved my strength and mobility in that time. Do yourself a favor and give him and his method a try, you won’t regret it.
This is such a unique service. It’s all goal and results focused here. No fluff. I was not only able to meet my goals of getting stronger and looking better, but actually feeling better too.
I been with the doc for a little over a year now. I initially came in with lower back problems and then some shoulder problems as well. The good doctor provides specific 'workouts' to help your body improve itself. He has a huge pool of knowledge that will get you back in the gym pain free in no time.
