Great gym run by the friendliest team and the cutest dog. The gym is spacious, has plenty of high quality kit, and a chill and welcoming environment. I would absolutely recommend for anyone looking to get away from commercial gyms and spend more time focusing on their gains (Pro tip: you can play with dog between sets instead of doom scrolling )

Absolutely wonderful place to train. The owners and staff are amazing people and are super helpful. I train Oly lifting and Powerlifting, and find it a great place to help excel my own abilities. Nice big open gym floor with plenty of space and training options. Couldn't recommend it more!

I had a really positive experience training at LPC. After years of putting the kids first and dealing with recurring back issues, I finally found a gym I could stay consistent with because they made it easy. The small group sessions felt personal while still giving you the freedom to follow your own program, with support and guidance along the way.
