If I could give this company negative stars, I would. I took my dying mother to Darwin and organised and paid for a wheelchair to be delivered to our hotel. The wheelchair was not delivered with no explanation or contingencies, so we were unable to get around for our time in Darwin. I received a call from the CEO apologising and my money was refunded - I appreciated this, but it didn't make up for the fact that without the wheelchair we were unable to get around to see Darwin and enjoy our final holiday together.
