1 year of attempting to order a tonneau with the most negligent, ignorant, entitled bunch of supposed business people I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life, and this is coming from a guy who shops locally, cross-border & internationally a LOT over the years. Emails, voicemails, whatsapp messages almost entirely ignored. It was 90% non-response & 10% smoke. Best decks in the game hands down. I've had 3 sleds decks now and the SXS attachment and couldn't be happier! Chase and his team stand behind their product and are fantastic!
I’ve been running a Limitless product of some kind for five years now. I started with a tonneau cover with the sled kit on my dodge half ton, then put a LV2 deck on my Dodge 3500 and have now upgraded to the LV3 deck! Five stars. I’d give these guys ten if I could. From customer service to communication to the quality of the product, Limitless Sled Decks simply cannot be beat. When I called to order my deck, they took the time to make sure every detail was set up perfectly for my needs. I even drove up from Idaho to BC to have it installed, and the whole team was incredibly helpful. They had the deck on my truck in about 30 minutes. The quality and attention to detail on these decks is second to none. Highly recommend.
Limitless went above and beyond! i purchased a used LV2 from marketplace, the deck had so many issues, bent/broken/missing parts, it was a total disaster. They stand behind their product, the cost to fix this deck was way above the decks worth, they purchased this used deck off me.. NO OTHER manufacturer would even dream of doing this! I purchased a new LV3, couldn’t be happier Cant say enough about these guys, highly recommend!
