Extremely frustrating billing experience I cancelled my subscription with Limitless Male, but they continued charging me for two additional months after I cancelled. The first time I contacted them about the unauthorized charge, I was told I would receive a refund. That refund never came. Then I was charged again the following month. Do not recommend. I get my meds shipped to my house and I’ve yet to receive any this month. Every time I go in to receive a shot I have to ask multiple times for my meds to be ordered. Still no meds and no one is there to answer the phone. Absolute waste of 250 dollars every month. I’d love to get my money back for June and cancel my payments. Very unorganized and terrible Patient care.
I've been a patient for 3.5 years and have really enjoyed my experience. The staff is fantastic and very attentive to my needs. The results have been better than expected, which keeps me coming back.
Great staff. I feel amazing week after week! TRT has done wonders for my energy. Thanks again.
