Buyer BEWARE!! IT'S ONE THING IF YOU GET A COUPLE REVIEWS THAT AREN'T SO GOOD BUT WHEN YOU'VE GOT PAGES OF PEOPLE SAYING THE SAME THING.. PEOPLE BETTER START PAYING ATTENTION. Was ok for a year or so… and then raised prices without even so much as a email or text notification. Then when I realized my account had been double charged an amount that was more than my previous total… they told me that that price wasn’t correct either, but that I shouldn’t say anything because if they saw that mistake… then they would see they were now undercharging me and charge me EVEN more per month. The product itself is fine. The costumer service however, needs work. After several unnecessary 50 mile trips I explained the point of the "drop ship" I was paying extra for. After telling then to cancel my subscription, I was charged anyways. After being promised a refund, I wasn't given one. After being told "we'll call you back," I wasn't. Overall all pretty disappointed.
I can only give this place one star because the people I spoke with were nice but that’s it. Due to computer issues my initial free consultation was only about 35 minutes. I was told my second appointment would cover what was missed. I arrived a few minutes before the scheduled second appointment and then made to wait 30 minutes without explanation. Once in the patient room they proceeded to talk to me as if this was my first appointment so I had to take time explaining what happened at my finial consultation. Unfortunately ... read more
