Only received half of my treatment that was paid for, no meds issued after they were ordered & no other appointments made, then charged a second time for services I never received.
Current issue is wait time! Last weeks visit was 30 minutes for blood draw and waiting on the doctor to ask questions.
I’ve been on TRT going on 2 years. It has been life changing for me! Yes, there are some great ppl that work at this location - but it’s not the same without Mike here. He is very skilled, a veteran and made sure to get you in and out - he was respected by everyone, easy to talk to and made sure everything went smoothly. Since Mike has left, it’s taken 30 min a visit to get a simple shot. When Mike was around - I’d be in and out within 10 min. I’m currently looking at other clinics at this time.
