My happy place! So grateful for this gym and the awesome community of folks there! Staff are super friendly and welcoming. Good variety of machines and free weights, love the red light sauna and 24-hour convenience.
Working out at this gym has been great for me. I love the environment and the people. This facility has just enough of everything I need. I've particularly enjoyed working out with Finn, one of their personal trainers. I've managed to lose 3 inches around my waist over the last year while doing one of their workout programs. And I didn't even give it my all...
The facility is very clean, and the equipment is in top shape! The staff is also super friendly. I usually use the sauna which is included in the membership, and it’s always clean! I also love the fact it’s open 24 hours
