Limitless gym totally turned my life around with there insight on diet and exercise. I am absolutely amazed!!! I went from having a belly to looking skinny with a giant muscular physique and help me move better while I am boxing. We figured out a plan that works for me that I can understand and follows my work schedule, personal goals, and just life in general. I highly recommend any one come here and get a taste. I’ve been training with Finn at Limitless Lancaster for the past several months; he is definitely the best personal trainer I’ve worked with. The personal training program is comprehensive and motivating without being stressful, with a focus on steady improvement towards my fitness goals. The gym itself is nice and well maintained, with a good selection of equipment.
Great gym! Always clean, clean bathrooms, clean equipment. 24 hour access. The staff is kind and helpful. I've been going to gyms for 40 years and this is at the top.
Love coming in the mornings. Not crowded and a good variety of machines and spaces to stretch and workout.
