Loving my new straightener and hair serum combo! The straightener is lightweight, easy to use, and gives that sleek, polished finish without damaging my hair. The serum adds just the right amount of shine and smoothness without feeling greasy. Together, they’ve completely upgraded my hair routine. Super happy with this purchase!
Displeased by the lack of attention to detail with the styling. Upselling of products but not actually showing and explaining how the products work. Selling 3 different sized curling wands, uses a straightening tool to “curl” the hair. Didn’t last more than a few hours. Absolutely terrible. I was promised a complimentary styling for the inconvenience, I ended up having to pay almost double the amount and didn’t even end up buying the styling tools.
Amazing service. Knowledgeable staff. I always get a great service and get my hair done nicely by their products which I have purchased before. Highly recommended. You can do your hair every time you visit the mall while shopping.
