Avoid this company like the plague!!!!! They didn’t install a new main spring when replacing my garage door and it literally broke the next day I pulled into my garage. I checked the bill and they even charged me for a new one! I had to fight them tooth & nail to get the damage to my hood covered. By the end of it, I had to file a claim with my auto insurance since it was cheaper than getting a lawyer.
My garage door started rubbing the side jamb and would not close completely. I sent photos to another garage door contractor in Shelton and they told me I would need to replace the springs and hinges. Saul came out and was able to adjust the springs and chain which fixed the problem. He said that the springs would need to be replaced eventually but they were fine for now. He saved me a lot of money. I already recommended Limitless Garage Door Repair to some of my neighbors.
I would recommend this company to every home owner in Shelton. Al was very responsive came out same day. Very knowledgeable very professional was spot on with what I needed and did not try to upsell. He even went above and beyond and came back to fix a couple damages that I did not even notice. He came back because he did not like how it looked. And wanted to make it right. Great experience. Please to say they did an excellent job with the repairs. Garage door is working like new again and it wasn't expensive at all to fix. They showed up the same day and got to work right away. Overall it was a great experience.
