I have been coming here for several months and I have to say this has been one of my favorite places to work out. Vini gives personalized attention during my workout sessions, tailoring the exercises to what I think I can do and what he knows my body can do! I'm going on my 3rd month and that alone surprises me. I don't remember the last time I worked out and I never had a trainer before March. I was very intimated and found out very quickly I had no reason to be. Vini is welcoming and the community of people there are also. Everyone is very kind. Vini checks up on you and pushes you to do better. I'm not long on my journey but I can see and feel the changes happening! I'd definitely recommend Vini as your trainer.
Vini is knowledgeable about how the body works and he tailors workouts to my specific needs. The workouts are never the same from week to week and my results keep me motivated. He’s also hilarious and creates a fun atmosphere. I’m finally able to fit into clothes that I haven’t been able to wear in years. I highly recommend Limitless.
